Getting Started

1. Contact us by phone or email, or request a Résumé Worksheet.

2. If you have a résumé that needs updating or re-writing, please fax or email it.

3. If you don’t have a résumé, don’t worry, we’ll do it from scratch.

4. We’ll forward our Résumé Worksheet for your completion through e-mail.  Or, if you're local, we'll agree on a face-to-face appointment time.

5. Once you have completed the questionnaire, or the interview has been conducted, and you have provided any other materials I have requested, then I will prepare the draft for your review typically within 6 to 10 business days.  Full payment is due when work begins.

6. After your review of the draft, we will work together making any necessary changes until the résumé is complete.

Includes your accomplishments and experience, skill sets, training and ability to exceed the employer’s expectations.  A firm quote will be given at the end of the interview.
New Grads and Entry Level with 1 to 3 years experience:  $125 - $160
Administrative, Blue Collar, Sales, IT, Professional, etc., will be based on level and years of experience:  $150 - $270
Military Transition:  $180 - $270
Federal Résumés:  $200 - $300
Addendums:  $25 per page

Résumé with Additional Job Target – For individuals seeking 2 or more distinct job targets. Résumé is restructured and tailored to market candidate according to specific industry and position needs.

Electronic Résumé/ASCII Résumé Format – ASCII résumé is a plain text presentation of your document.  It does not have graphics, rule lines, bullets, etc., but it’s essential for sharing files between computer platforms and applications.  ASCII can be read by any computer system.  The reader views your document immediately and does not have to worry about a possible virus from your attachment.  ASCII documents can easily be placed in an employer’s database. Electronic résumés are used for online resume submission such as email, company web pages, job boards, résumé distribution services, web résumé generators, job posting services, and on-line job applications.  An ASCII résumé will be provided, if requested, free of charge.

A PDF format is also available free of charge if requested.

Interview Coaching – Helps you prepare for interviews, answer the tough questions, promote your accomplishments, downplay weaknesses, address body language and etiquette, and negotiate salary and benefits.  Helps you learn the thought process you’ll need to answer interviewer’s questions and gain control of the interview.  You will be able to give a winning performance so that you will get the job!

Reference Lists – Lists of references should be presented professionally and effectively.  Let Billie prepare a document that is complimentary to your other marketing tools – resume, cover letter, etc.

Web Résumé – Includes hosting for 6 months. In addition to networking with the online résumé, you are able to print your résumé from PDF conversion option linked to the résumé web page or cut and paste the ASCII version also provided for appropriate targets.
